By definition you are busy! So, I’m not going to take long to run through why you absolutely want to be part of this amazing Telesummit.

Vitality…What does it mean to you? That “glad to be alive” feeling, finding joy in everyday things, smiling for no reason, keeping up with the children or grandchildren, full of energy and able (and ready!) to accomplish…well, anything!

Well, diet is obviously right up there at the top. And I don’t mean “a diet” I mean a way of eating. Natural, un-processed food is key and we have speakers talking about different diets which work for them and why, helping you to make an informed decision as to what is right for YOU.

But the event is called Healthy Eating and Beyond…so what is Beyond?

Diet, healthy eating, is a big part of the story – and obviously the piece of the jigsaw that I specialise in, but there are other things too – exercise, relaxation/meditation, journaling or Morning Pages, knowing how to treat illness and disease, knowing which supplements are worth taking and which to avoid, how to avoid stress, how to cope with hormonal changes, how to look and feel your most authentic you – ALL these things affect your energy level, the joy you feel day to day, your Vitality.

So, you can see why this is a “must attend” event – and the great thing is that you can do that from the comfort of your own home! Yes, this will all be on your computer – you can enjoy watching and listening at the time and then refer back to any you wish to investigate more.

My own life changed dramatically about 8 years ago when I changed my diet, added in regular exercise, started journaling, meditated and did relaxations regularly. My tummy aches went, the IBS disappeared, I lost the extra pounds that had never shifted (and I’ve had the same weight since then!), I have more energy, I’m stronger…it’s awesome! 

This event can act as a Blueprint for you – a gateway if you will to a new life which is full of Vitality, Joy and Health.
